Dispatch Policy:

We usually dispatch our orders within 4 to 6 days, though it may change due to season and increase in workload. If a custom order is made then, it may take a couple of days more. Whenever you place an order, we send you an email for order confirmation, containing the date and time when the order is placed as well as when it is dispatched from our side.

Delivery Time:

All the orders are sent via FedEx or DHL. There will be a variation in the transit time depending on the country you are living in. However, the average time duration allowed is 3-5 days.

Exchanging an Item

If a customer needs to exchange an item, California Outfits will send out the replacement item as soon as the initial item is returned. The customer is responsible for the freight charges of all items returned to us for exchange.
