Shipping And Delivery Process:
The product takes 6 to 8 business days from the shipping process, immediately after the payment approval is done. An email will be sent to you regarding your product’s shipping and tracking detail soon after your package is shipped to your destination. But, if it underwent any delay with the timing schedule and exceeded the estimated time limit. In that case, you (customers) can contact us through Live Chat or Email to inquire about the product with a swift response from our side. (Delay in deliverance might take place due to public holidays or natural disasters if any).

We grant FREE SHIPPING OVER $90, but when there is a case of urgent delivery, our policies made on Expedite Shipping cost $29 are followed; which takes 3 to 4 business days in processing and additional 1 to 2 business days in delivery of the product.

SHIPPING ACCESS:
We joined forces with our most trusted services, including  DHL Express and   FedEx Express. We are providing ease to our valued customers by sending an email regarding their tracking and shipping details about their product which is dispatched for the destination. If there is a case of the off chance, means if you are not able to receive your parcel due to unavailability at that specific time, you may assign your neighbor for receiving the package on your behalf or leave an absence note on your door/location pointing towards their door/address so, that they can sign the receipts and collect the package for you.

APPLICABLE NOTES FOR SURE:
In order to guarantee proper delivery, we are mainly dependent on our customers to provide us with the precise shipping address/location and accurate contact number, along with valid personal details. The reason is that we do not deliver the parcels to PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses. So, it is a prerequisite that you must give us your complete physical or residential address for shipping. If you are required to change the shipping address, then you may directly contact  DHL Express and  FedEx Express for any amendments.

RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS BY CALIFORNIA OUTFITS:
Shortly after placing your order on California Outfits, you will receive a notification regarding your order confirmation and a complete copy of the purchased item’s receipt. But, if you do not receive a notification, it indicates that your enlistment is failed because of any technical problem. There will be no shipment or even forwarding process of the product is initiated until the confirmation receipt is delivered to you (customer).

HOW TO CLAIM FOR LATE DELIVERY AND DAMAGE ITEM:
As you are our valued customer and will always be entitled to our care and support, we will compensate for the late delivery and damages caused to the ordered items and products. If you (customer) didn’t receive the package and are unable to track it down in the certain estimated time duration, we will deliver a form of a stipend for this inconvenience. California Outfits will replace the credit back in the credit card or PayPal account, or a replacement of that particular product will be provided. Regrettably, if an item with damages or something improbable is delivered at your destination, you are required to contact us through Email, Whatsapp,/Live Chat within 07 business days after the conveyance is made concerning the issue. Besides, you can also avail 30 days return policy to claim your refund.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
An email with a notice regarding the product shipping and tracking ID will be sent to you from California Outfits. It will take 02 to 05 business days to be delivered at your address/destination after shipping, and in the case of Expedited shipping, it will take 1 to 2 business days to be delivered at your address/destination after it is shipped.
