30 days Easy Exchange and Return Policy
We have established 30 days easy Exchange and Return policy; if you find anything wrong with our product after the package is delivered to your doorstep, you are always welcome to contact us via Email/Whatsapp/Live Chat.
N.B. After receiving our products, you are eligible to contact us anytime within 7 days. We have a 24 hours customer support service center where our representatives are available to tackle your issues and settle them either to satisfy you by a refund or an exchange of product(s) within 30 days. Return, exchange, or refund are only acceptable with the 7 days duration; after that, it will be considered invalid and will not be entertained.
Refund Policy will not apply when
- You will be considered ineligible for a refund if the outfit is altered or the tags are removed.
- There would be no entitlement for a refund if you ordered two or more comparable items with particular customized sizes because customized products are produced exclusively upon a customer’s specification and can’t be sold to any other customer.
- No refund or exchange will be made if the product is misused.
- No refund will be entertained if items are used, and they are not in their original form in which we shipped them to you.
In case of any problem, contact us by sending an Email : email@example.com or Live Chat immediately, along with the images of the delivered product, with a clear and detailed description of the issue you find in the received product/delivered item(s). Once the existing issue of the product is thoroughly investigated and confirmed, we will contact you to send it back for a full refund, and the buyer will be liable to pay the shipping cost.
If we delivered a product that is enlisted on our website, and you want to exchange it with different colors or sizes, in that case, we have the policy to exchange it for free, with an attractive new product without any extra charges.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
If we confirm your outfit return, an RMA number will be sent to you from our side to stick it on the delivery box/ package that you will ship to our warehouse.
California Outfits declare all the products as a gift to their customers so that they don’t have to pay heavy custom duties on that, but the customers may be required to pay minimal charges on these products as every country has its own customs policy and regulation. Therefore, the customers are responsible for paying those charges according to their location.
We at California Outfits want to inform you that if a customer opts for a product return, the customer will endure the shipping cost. In addition, they are also liable to pay the earlier postage charges that we have paid because we offer free shipping to our customers, but it is not free to us.
